Martha Koome has acted with speed revealing that Court of appeal judges who were recently appointed by Uhuru start their job as soon as possible. Their job allocation coming at a time when the nation is awaiting the outcome of the BBI appeal which was presented before the court by the BBI appellants lead by James Orengo.
In her latest move, Martha Koome revealed that the new judges should report to their working stations by the beginning of next month which is the same month that the BBI appeal is expected to know its fate. Whether this will affect the outcome of the ruling is subject to discussion.
