" The British Soldier Should Be Extradited To Kenya To Face Charges," President Nelson Havi Claims

While speaking to Spice FM this morning, the Law Society of Kenya president Nelson Havi has urged the United Kingdom embassy in Nairobi to begin the extradition of the killer soldier who murdered Agnes Wanjiru in the year 2012 so as to face charges in Kenya.

In an intelligence report released, it is reported that the UK soldier who had been having romance affair with Wanjiru at Nanyuki, Laikipia county, murdered her before throwing her body into a septic tank.

Two months later after several searches, a worker of the hotel they were in found her body inside the septic tank. This is when investigations began and the main suspect into this murder was the soldier as she was last seen with him.

The UK government has agreed to collaborate with the Kenyan government to expedite investigations and bring the perpetrator into hand of Justice.

The family has been accusing the government of keeping mum thus denying them justice.
