The supreme court today session turned dramatic as the fearless woman and chief justice Martha Koome blocked two lawyers from addressing the pool of the judges listening to the BBI case.
The CJ Martha Koome called president Uhuru Kenyatta,by his name without the prefix his excellency as she blocked Karua and Ochiel who are believed to be the friends of the court.
The duo were forced to leave of the court after Koome denied them an opportunity to address the court orally regarding the BBI case.

According to her statement, Chief Justice Koome excluded the activists led by Dr Duncan Ojwang, Dr John Osogo Ambani, Dr Linda Musumba and Dr Jack Mwimali together with the Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) on grounds that they are not substantive respondents to the appeal.
The move by Koome to call Uhuru by his name as she blocked the duo over their submissions is believed as a fearless move that Koome boldly took to defend the rule of law.
