Mysterious murder at house party in Kilimanjaro has seen a single mother of a 2-month old baby pleading with the court.
Vera Osembe Omari through lawyer Duncan Okach has asked the court to release her for the sake of her child.
She is among four suspects that where arraigned in court after they were linked to the death of an unknown African male adult which occurred on July 9,2021 organized at a house number 1302 within Kings Distinction Apartments.
Police told the court that other revellers that flee the scene are being sorted after to give a statement on the deceased moments before he was found Dead.
Two Mercedes Benz, KBT333S, KCZ002 and a Toyota Lexus KDB900B owners are yet to be identified and traced from National Transport and Safety Authority.
The vehicle recovered from the scene were towed to Kilimani Police Station and have not been claimed to date.
Magistrate Jane Kamau has however reduced the detention days of the four accused suspect from 14 to 10 days in police custody.
