High Court Judges Who Halted BBI Could Be Innocent After Latest Report Alleging Dirty Dealings

A few weeks ago the Judiciary was given a new life after the president under the constitution appointer close to thirty-four judges whose names were forwarded to him by the Judicial Service Commission. However, the names of six judges were missing and the Chief Justice Martha Koome demanded their appointment.

An extract from Itumbi's Post

However, according to Itumbi who works closely with deputy president William Ruto, the crimes levied against the said judges could have been fabricated following the ruling the made on the building bridges initiative a few weeks ago.

Itumbi claims that the state is currently in the last-minute rush to come up with a list of claims against the said judges which will, in turn, be used against them in the courts. He further revealed that there was a meeting that helped to ensure that the criminal charges against them are presented before the courts. Do you think the delay to forward the six judges' crimes is suspicious? React below.
