Kimeumana; Jane Kihara About To Be Declared Bankrupt After Court Dismissed Her Case

Naivasha constituency member of parliament hon Jane Kihara has fallen on the hooks of the Auctioneers after she failed to stop the auction of her properties worth millions of money.

According to a local newspaper,the member of parliament who recently attacked a certain community in her speech during Ruto's visit to kiambaa is said to have failed to pay an amount of sh 600,000 as auction fees which she failed.

This comes after the court of appeal threw away her application to stop Auctioneers from selling her properties over ksh. 10m debt which arose from elections petition against her predecessor John Muthoni.

The court dismissed her application on the grounds that she failed to show that her predecessor John Muthoni will not be able to reimburse the amount invade the application went through.

By selling of Jane Kihara's property,it is said that she will be declared bankrupt if the auction happen.

The newspaper also notes that Miss Kihara was ordered to pay sh 9.5m and an additional of sh 600,000 Auctioneers fee.
