New Development On Kianjokoma Brothers After The Six Police Officers Appeared Before Court

The death of the Kianjokoma Brothers Benson and Emmanuel in the hands of the police officers led to demonstrations as the public demanded for there justice.

Six police officers who were implicated in their death were arrested a few days ago and detained so that not to interfere with evidence.

Today the officers; Benson Mbuthia, Consolota Kariuki, Nicholas Cheruiyot, Martin Wanyama, Lilian Cherono and James appeared before judge Daniel Ogembo to whom they were charged with murder but the six pleaded not guilty of all charges.

They also requested to be granted bail but the court refused saying they will look into the bail thing September 22.

The lawyers who had been assigned to them by the State quit working for the officers because apparently they had hired other lawyers to represent them.

The gentleman will be held in industrial area while the ladies at Lang'ata women prison.

We hope that justice will prevail for the Kianjokoma brothers because no parents should loose their children in such as away as they did.

May they continue resting in eternal peace.
