Azimio Lawyers are set to give their detailed response concerning the ruling that was uUnanimously issued by the 7 Supreme Court judges that upheld President William Samoei Arap Ruto's August win.
According to the Azimio team, their lawyers will be issuing that detailed response soon following the ruling that they have claimed did not satisfy the basic requirements of a fair trial by disregarding their evidence.
In response to the full judgment issued by the Supreme Court on Monday, Azimio leader Raila Odinga said that they have taken issue with the court's findings even as he questioned the validity of the elections and the language of the bench.
Raila noted that evidence of illegal conduct by Venezuelans and related technology failures, lack of integrity and the 50+1 threshold question were all brushed aside by the Supreme Court judges.
He further accused the Court of citing IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati's illegal conduct and on the other hand excusing him despite what they termed as glaring violations of the law.
