Zimbabwe Court Orders Exhumation Of Robert Mugabe's Remains For Reburial At National Heroes Shrine

Robert Mugabe's is the former and late president of Zimbabwe, he passed away in 2019 after a short illness and his family decided to burry him at their matrimonial home.

This is after he left his wishes not to be buried at the national Heroes shrine located in Harare. The late president feared that political enemies might use the remains for their rituals.

However there has been latest developments where different people behave been fighting over this decision of his final resting place.

A court has ordered the exhumation of the president's remains so that he might be buried in Harare.

This come after Mugabe's wife was fined back in July by a traditional court asking her to give them two goats and five cows because she buried her husband in an in appropriate way.

Though the day of exhuming the body is not yet set and his children have only one move. They can be able to appeal this ruling in the high court but it's still a big fight.

Many people are against this ruling saying that they should leave the man to rest in peace as there is no change whether he is buried in his home or in Harare.
