Raila Odinga, the presidential candidate representing the Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition, has been granted access to any servers at the National Tallying Centre that may have been used to store and send voting information,by Supreme Court.
But through Kioko Kilukumi, the legal team of President elect William Ruto has requested that their agents be present while Raila's ICT is granted supervised access to the servers.

In addition, the Supreme court issued an order that all of the ballot boxes from the various polling places be opened up so that they can be inspected, scrutinized, and recounted.
Tinderet CONMO in Nandi County; Nandi Hills and Sinendeti Primary School in Nandi County; Belgut, Kapsuser, and Chepkutum Primary Schools in Kericho County; Jomvi, Mikindani, and Ministry of Water Tanks Polling Stations in Mombasa County; Mvita, Majengo, and Mvita Primary Schools in Mombasa County; Nandi Hills and Sinendeti Primary School in Nandi County; are the polling stations mentioned by Supreme Court.
