Why Bob Collymore's Widow Has To Wait Longer Before She Can Solely Administer His Millions

It is no secret that former Safaricom CEO, the late Bob Collymore left all his Kenyan wealth amounting to hundreds of millions to his Kenyan widow Wambui Kamiru.

Sadly, the widow will have to wait a while longer before she can be granted the letters to solely administer her late husband’s estate as per his last wishes. The distribution of Bob Collymore’s estate case pushed forward by the High Court. This was after the Court discovered that the late tycoons children were in the United Kingdom and couldn’t physically be present to participate.

Judge Maureen Odero the Family Court judge incharge of the case ordered the case to be heard on 29th July when the late CEO’s children will be present and confirm that they are not opposed to the deceased wishes. If they contest it the case will progress to the meditation stage in an attempt to amicably settle it out of court.

Notably, the late Bob Collymore declared his Kenyan wealth as assets worth Sh287 million an year before his demise.
