In the shared video, the woman asserted that because it goes against African tradition, she will not permit a society in which people of the same gender marry one another.
She then urged President Ruto to take a firm stance against the LGBTQ community by expelling them from the nation, saying that doing so would not be wise.

We will only celebrate the day a man will marry a man and have a child; if a man marries a man and there is no child washindwe kabisa, the fearless woman declared as the audience laughed. "Men cannot us; it's women who will be marrying women and men marrying men, that one as kenyan women tumekataa, shetani ashindwe.
