IEBC Commissioner Irene Masit's endeavor to help Azimio La Umoja Raila Odinga at the High Court has caught up with her.
Masit and her three co-denounced had moved to the court and through affirmations, endeavored to persuade the court that the outcomes declared were unreasonable.
Her sworn statement is currently being utilized by one of the solicitors to persuade the council to view as her at fault for unfortunate lead and contribution in bad behavior.
The applicant, Dennis Nthumbi, let the council know that the testimony was evidence that she was against the outcomes reported by Administrator Wafula Chebukati.
He let the group know that being seen with the other three questioning the official political decision results was wrongdoing and enough motivation to rebuff her.
Masit's legal counselor Donald Kipkorir excused the cases, bringing up that the candidate is a puzzling individual whose genuine occupation is obscure.
He let the council know that a similar individual has professed to be a reverend, security and administration master, yet can't demonstrate any.
Masit's co-charged are Francis Wanderi, Justus Nyangaya and Juliana Cherera, who have since surrendered, with Cherera's legal advisor Danstan Omari saying that the council has a foreordained decision.
"Whether you show up with 1,000,000 attorneys, whether you show up with anything that kind of proof, all individuals are hanging tight for is, when do you finish so they can peruse the judgment. Had it been a fair council, our clients would have recounted the public their story, and an unbiased court would have shown up at a fair and just choice," he told The Everyday Country before.
