The former statehouse digital controller Dennis Itumbi is on the receiving end after he revealed that the court of appeal may make a ruling tomorrow on matters related the vetting process which was concluded in the past couple of days ago. The judicial service commision in the past few days had long days in the supreme Court building where they were receiving visitors each and every day who were coming for the interviews.
"To Vacate High Court orders to stop JSC from announcing a shortlist of the CJ and vetting of Supreme court judges or Not? The Court of Appeal announces the decision at 11am tomorrow. Is Martha Koome the next CJ?" Dennis Itumbi.
The ten qualified candidates presented themselves before the panel where they presented their case on the reforms they will bring to the judicial system in case they were to get a chance to serve Kenyans in the capacity of the Chief Justice.
One key question was repeatedly coming up across all the Interviewees. That was about the 41 judges who were to be appointed but after one passed on now 40 who are yet to be appointed. There were different approaches to the issue and the results are yet to be seen by all Kenyans.
