"Let's Meet in Court..." Govnr Mutua Breaks Silence on Boniface Mwangi's Allegations

Machakos county Governor Dr Alfred Mutua has noted that he will be saying renown activist Boniface Mwangi for defamation.

This follows Boniface Mwangi's recent allegations that those who destroyed his house within Machakos county operated under the instructions from the governor.

Alfred Mutua through his lawyer Harrison Kinyanjui has since written a demand letter to Boniface Mwangi to retract a the allegations against the governor otherwise they will be heading to court.

“Our client will otherwise set in motion the legal process for redress in default of your meeting the terms of the demand as herein demanded and will further seek and pursue ancillary relief and damages at your risk to costs thereof without any further or other reference to you in this regard.”Lawyer Harrison Kinyanjui noted.

Boniface Mwangi has been using very derogatory terms to refer to the Machakos county Governor which has since not been taken lightly by the governor according to his legal team.
