Nelson Havi claims to have been physically assaulted while serving the court order for Miguna

Famous lawyer and president of Law society of Kenya, Nelson Havi has claimed to have been assaulted while serving the Director General, state department of interior and citizen services the court order issued yesterday to the embassy of Kenya in Berlin.

The court ordered that Miguna to be facilitated to Kenya within seventy two hours.

It's in public domain that the Kenyan Embassy has denied and disobeyed the court order. In a 15sec video uploaded by Nelson Havi to his official Twitter account, an official that Havi named as Alexander Muteshi Imbezi is said to have claimed that the government will not obey the court order.

The said official also is claimed to have assaulted Havi in the process. Miguna in his official Twitter account too claimed that Havi was physically assaulted while serving the officer with the court order.

Miguna is a Kenyan by birth, why should the government keep treating him as he's not a Kenyan?
