The supreme court judges are finally set to start the hearing of the BBI case from tomorrow. The hopes for the deputy president William Samoei Ruto are currently on justice Mohammed Khadhar who might likely save him from the current new pressure from the BBI appeal that is set to kick off from tomorrow morning.
President Uhuru Kenyatta, Raila Odinga and the IEBC filed appeals on the case that ruled on the case as unconstitutional. The hearing of the case is set to kick off from tomorrow Tuesday and end on Thursday upon which the supreme court judges will lass on their verdict on the case.

The ruling date is expected to be announced after the final hearing of the submission made by those parties that are involved in the case.
Among the seven powerful judges, justice Mohammed Khadhar is believed to give a powerful verdict after hearing the case and is likely to favor DP Ruto in his ruling as he can upheld what the court of appeal passed through.
