"Judges & Magistrates Taking Bribes to Give Judgement to The Highest Bidder" CJ Koome Attacked Badly

President Ruto and CJ Koome in the past. One of the three arms of the government, the Judiciary, is being attacked for allegedly being corrupt

Chief Justice Martha Koome has been attacked by Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi, accusing her of not talking about the challenges that the Judiciary is facing, including judges and magistrates taking bribes.

The Senior Counsel picked issues with the CJ after she reportedly opened a conference on the Environment and Land Court in Kilifi County, but failed to talk about the challenges that the courts are facing.

According to Ahmednasir Abdullahi, the CJ made a presentation but her presentation did not mention anything to do with the current state of the courts.

He alleges that judges and magistrates are taking bribes so that they give rulings based on who bribed them best

"A major conference on the Environment and Land Court was opened today by CJ KOOME in Kilifi...and not a single presentation will be made on the BIGGEST CHALLENGE facing the Court...Judges and Magistrates take bribes to give judgement to the highest bidder...SAD!" he tweeted.

His remarks are similar to the remarks that Azimio leaders were making when the Supreme Court dismissed Raila Odinga's petition and upheld President William Ruto's win.
