The Building Bridges Initiative is trying to make a comeback after it was ruled away almost in its last stages of becoming a law. It was however dispelled and this did not please those who wanted it to be inoculated among them President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga.

Not letting themselves to be defeated, they appealed to the Supreme Court and the hearing of the case is starting on Tuesday 18 and end on Thursday 21. It will be a three days hearing that will determine the fate of the BBI constitutional bill.
Raila and his team backed by president Uhuru said that the ruling made by the court of appeal was unconstitutional. The BBI had gone through a rigorous process and it being rejected is a big blow to Raila Odinga and his team which includes president Uhuru. Kenyans are eagerly waiting for the results of the hearing.
