AG Paul Kihara Withdraws BBI Petition Case As He Reveals Next Move

Attorney General Paul Kihara Has Officialy Withdrawn the BBI Case at the High Court barely Hours after the Court announced the Matter As Urgent And setting May 26 A Day For announcing the Verdict.

"The court will give a ruling based on the written materials placed before it by email on Wednesday, May 26," the court ruled.
