The Real Face Of Kenyan Courts And Their Latest Rulings

Many people think that a court is a chamber, hall, building or any other structure where judicial proceedings are held, however, this term refers to a professionalized person or body of professionals in the field of law who have the the judicial authority to hear and resolve disputes in civil, criminal, ecclesiastical or military cases.

The Judiciary is a sure and useful arm of the government. This is because the government cannot work effectively without it. In other words, the government largely depends on this body of professionals to carry out most of her functions.

As a matter of facts, the Kenyan Courts has played a significant role in bringing this country back to the correct path from where the politicians were taking it.

For instance, the country has lost alot of funds in non profiting things which all has been salvaged through the court's decisions. For example, Huduma Number saga, BBI reggae and possession of degrees as a key requirement for one to vie as a Member of County Assembly or Member of Parliament has all been termed unconstitutional and should therefore not proceed in this country.
