Education is an important aspect of life. Besides being celebrities, here are the list of Kenyans who pursued law in school before joining entertainment or other industries.
Corazon Kwamboka is a Kenyan socialite, model, entrepreneur, as well as a lawyer who rose to fame after she began parading her curves on social media. She claims to be one of the most beautiful women in Kenya and possesses one of the broadest and curviest hips in Africa. She never hesitates to flaunt her assets. Besides, she is a qualified lawyer, specialized in Entertainment Law.
2. Maureen Kunga
Maureen is also one of the members of popular Elani band. Apart from is singing talent, she scored an A in KCSE and got admitted to University of Nairobi where she pursued law. She is a lawyer at the High Courts.
3. DJ Tabz
Tabitha Githere popularly known as Dj Tabz is a Gospel DJ in Kenya. The Law student in University of Nairobi (as at time of writing this post) have won some awards such as Groove Awards Most Promising Talent 2015 and 2012 Mwafaka Awards DJ of the year.
4. Brian Chweya
Bryan Chweya is well known as the only man in the Elani music band. He is a Kenyan musician, singer, songwriter, guitarist and also a lawyer. Born in Nairobi as the first child in his family, he attended Moi Educational Centre for his primary education and Upperhill High School, KCPE. Later Bryan attended University of Nairobi where he earned his degree in law and still went ahead to obtain his Postgraduate diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.
5. Karen Nyamu
Karen Njeri Nyamu is a Kenyan practicing advocate and a politician who doubles as the Director at Nairobi Water and Sewerage Company. She owns her private law firm known as Njeri Nyamu & Co Advocates located at ICEA building, 17th, Kenyatta Avenue in the Nairobi’s CBD.
