The petitioner chama cha Mawakili now wants the court to stop National cohesion and integration commission (NCIC) from classifying words that they used last week as hate speech, the petition has a list of words indicated that were implemented by National cohesion and itergration commission and banned as hate speech.
Chama cha Mawakili says that NCIC should stop lifting ban on words used by politicians in the actinion that they are hate speech, they continued that the process of lifting ban on words mostly used by politicians is justice denied of freeedom of speech,
on press briefing on Friday NCIC chairman Samuel Kobia said that the words listed in the lexicon has potential of inciting war among kenyans during this period of election, he said that they have taken the bull by its horns and anyone found using the above listed words will be included in the NCIC walls of shame a head of poll.
