Attorney-General Kihara Finally Breaks Silence, Reveals The Instructions He Has Received From 'Above '

Yesterday the BBI Reggae was brought to a halt after a landmark ruling by five judges of the High court.

In a 500 page document ruling that took almost six hours, the judges declared the BBI and any plans to have a Referendum as null and void.

The process of initiating a popular initiative according to the Judges is supposed to be driven by the people and not the Executive led by the president.

This decision has elicited mixed reactions in the country with those opposed to the Bill terming it as a historic ruling.

Uhuru's Attorney General Paul Kihara who was also an interested party in the case has finally broken silence leaking the instructions he has received from above.

As established by the Saturday Standard, Kihara has stated that they are not satisfied with the ruling that was made by the five judges yesterday.

According to him, he has received instructions from above to challenge the decision of the High court on the BBI.

This therefore means that it is not yet over for BBI since Uhuru and Raila still have a chance to save their initiative by appealing the High Court's decision.
