This announcement comes after the High Court has dismissed the appeal of Mp of Sirisia John Waluke and has went further to rule he should serve 67 years in jail or pay ksh 1 billion after being found guilty of Kshs 297 million fraud.
Although a section of Kenyans have reacted differently after hearing that Waititu case has been withdrawn and is free to move on.
Some Kenyans have asked out if it's selective justice which is being applied when dealing with the cases of politicians in court.

"Selective Justice indeed, we have can't have Waititu bouncing about after stealing millions." Shiru Mwangi said.
