Why Court Rejected Pastor Ng'ang'a Bid To Block Media From Fraud Case

Nairobi Court Rejects application filed by Pastor James Maina Ng'ang'a seeking to stop media from covering 3.6 Million fraud case against him.

According to NTV Kenya digital news platform, Pastor Ng'ang'a filed an application before Milimani law courts magistrate to restrain the media council and its members from covering the case.

However the magistrate turned down the application and threw his request to bar any media coverage on the fraud related case.

Pastor Ng'ang'a of the famous Neno Evangelist Church has several times appeared in loggers heads with the media over his numerous cases in court ranging from manslaughter,reckless driving and also driving under the influence of alcohol

Pastor Ng'ang'a has a vibrant church with many followers based in Nairobi where he has managed to get vast of his wealth. He is allegedly charged for stealing over 3.6 million shillings from his church follower.

Kenyans are therefore urged to be alert on who they trust with their wealth be it a pastor or a friend so as not to fall in the same trap
