CJ Koome Opens Up In Front of Ruto on One Thing Judiciary Members Have Never Done Whenever They Meet

Chief Justice Martha Koome, President William Ruto and other Judicial Service Commission (JSC) members are currently attending the official launch of the NCAJ Inaugural Annual Report at Safari Park, Nairobi county.

Speaking during the event, the Chief Justice opened up on how the institution she leads operates the ensure Kenyans are served diligently and effectively. She noted that whenever the members of the Judiciary meet for consultative talks, they have never discussed anything about the merits of any judicial matter.

She affirmed that the only key concentrations of the Judiciary lies on the delivery of Justice to Kenyans at the right time and in the most satisfying manner without taking sides.

“In all our meetings we never discuss the merits of any matter but the administration of justice. Are we delivering justice to our people? That's the question we ask ourselves all the time," CJ Koome stated.

Further, she thanked the Head of State for honouring her invitation to preside over the event that's greatly believed to foster the workability of the Judiciary.
