DP Rigathi Gachagua has said the Kenya Kwanza government activity has not and has no intent of capturing the Judicatory. 
He said the authorities remained attached to maintaining the Independence of the judicatory by offering the supporting needed to fulfil its authorizations.
He spoke at Pwani University, Kilifi, during the closing of the three-day Surroundings and Land Court's 10th Day Of Remembrance League.
"We will support the judicatory in its stately calling of dispensing just Justice to the the great unwasheds of Kenya. We promised to facilitate an autonomous judicatory and that is what we will do, '' he said.
Gachagua said the authorities will maintain the judiciary’s financial Independence, as intimately as increase the amount of money by Sh2 billion every financial twelvemonth.
"This is to expedite the reserve of pending instances. We understand that Justice delayed is justice denied, '' he said.
