A family in Khwisero Kakamega county was thrown into a punic mode after their 15 year old son returned home after being presumed dead a year ago. According to the reports by the standard, the boy vanished from home at the introduction of covid-19 first case in the country. This happened after his father left him at home together with his siblings. The father Mr Mura Claimed that he told the boy to cook some meal for his siblings while he was away for work.
However, that was not the case or the plans in the boy's head. He vanished from home never to be seen. The family searched for him in different places without sucesss. One day while seated at home, Mr Mura was told that his son had been killed in Bungoma while stealing rabbits. He went to Bungoma, searched in mortuaries for the body but all invain. He went back home and Conducted a burial without the body since he assumed the boy was gone.
Well, things were different for Mr Maru in Khwisero after the boy appeared sending the whole family into a punic mode. The boy claimed to have been on the streets of Kakamega town living like a street kid for all those months. He was rescued by a church organization that eventually linked him to his family.
