According to news hitting the air waves just now, Cabinet Secretary Aisha Jumwa can breathe a sigh of relief after the high court dropped murder charges against her.
Jumwa and man mentioned in the case were accused of shooting an ODM supporter during one of her campaigns in Kilifi County.
The famous Ruto ally whp was vying for the Kilifi gubernatorial seat came second after her close rival from Azimio beat her hands down.
Lately, there has been interesting court developments where a number of cases of people allied to the president have been acquitted.
Kenyans have been raising questions as to whether the current government has been coercing the courts into making these decisions.
