Hon. Dominic Koskei has this morning Slammed Hon. Moses Kuria for allegedly saying that 40 percent of members of parliament do not have genuine academic documents rather what they have is driving Licence.
Yes it is true that Hon. Moses Kuria Allegedly posted that on his Facebook page alleging that the genuine document 40 percent of members of parliament is driving Licence.

"It doesn't mean when you have never utter anything in parliament is demonstration of incompetency. Moses Kuria abusing the house of assembly should never go unpunished. One of the key aspects in modern times should be driving license.
In my opinion Moses Kuria should warn so that he don't continue to slam some of the members of parliament, at the same time the law should be very clear about the Academic documents a member of Parliament should have before vying for such position.
