"Najua Unanipenda" Man Accused Of Defiling Daughters On His Matrimonial Bed Begs Wife To Drop Case

A man accused of Defiling his two biological daughters has pleaded with his wife to drop the case in court.

Appearing before Mombasa Senior Principal Magistrate Vincent Adet, Christopher Odhiambo expressed his love to the wife. He also confirmed that he is also sure that she in turns Loves him.

Moreover, he opened up to the court pleading with them to drop the case and allow them solve the case at home.

However, Magistrate Vincent Adet warned him against any interference with the Witnesses presented before court. He added that the court won't entertain any nonsense.

Christopher is accused of Defiling his 8-year old daughter abd 12-year old daughter. The 8-year old minor revealed that her mother had travelled to Nairobi when the father carried her to his matrimonial bed.

The 12-year old narrated that their father attempted to rape her when she was asleep. Fortunately, the suspicious mother found him after he took long to come back to the bedroom.
