The ruling by the High Court of Kenya is obviously a major blow to PSV owners who have tried to operate from Nakuru CBD. The ruling is a major boost to the County in it's effort to have Nakuru city decongested.
However, this means that those who operate in Nakuru County will obviously have to to walk go the city. It's the same here in Nairobi given the governor is also trying to bring order.
Susan Kuhika has been trying to bring Matatu owners to town but such has not been received well by section of Nakuru residents. The move is seen as populist and irrelevant.
