The appeal on the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) has today entered day two in the Court of Appeal after it began yesterday 29th June 2021.
Kenyans are keen on the proceedings of the BBI appeal as they await the court ruling on the Bill after the High Court previously ruled it unconstitutional.
Sudi has told Hon Otiende Amollo that he doesn't remember Hon Junet and Dennis Waweru hosting Bomas 1 and 2 to clarify the content of the BBI bill.
The DP Ruto ally has said that he really sympathizes with the judges hearing the appeal, adding that the submissions by Hon Otiende Amollo on the appeal are laughable.
"To my colleague Otiende Amollo; I don't remember Junet Mohamed and Dennis Waweru hosting Bomas 1 & 2. This is laughable. I really sympathize with the judges, may God guide them through this difficult journey," Sudi said.
