Inside Nominated MP Dennitah Ghati Multi-million Palatial Home in Migori County

The Nominated Migori county MP Dennitah Ghati was met with a depth of jealousy when pictures of her palatial home surfaced. Online news outlets were quick to publish articles in line with the structure, referring to is as a well-appointed mansion that sits on an expansive piece of land.

The vaulted ceiling of the multi-million mansion gives the house a cozy touch. In a way, the architectural design embraced leans on a baronial style.

Its the magnificence side of it that induces jealousy among the Migori residents. Her home is an aesthetic space that had the interior designers playing with scale and sourcing pieces that would easily and fully utilize the layout.

Ghati lifted herself to senior politics after she was nominated MP for persons with disabilities. Her lifestyle is marked with anything and everything glam, cozy and beautiful.

Her home has been given the moniker the Ghati's Castle. This may be because it mirrors a functional layout that aligns with that of a castle. Or it may be because the humongous structure is a posh corner of serenity, one that is filled with architectural details not excluding the built-ins.

This is my retirement home," the former Migori women representative said.

Being physically challenged, she made sure that the mansion was designed in a way that would support her condition. Notably, the construction ended in 2017.

Inherent is a master suite that feels well and regal. There's also the presence of an exclusive lounge nestled upstairs. There's also a bunker nestled next to a staircase.

"This is a clear sign of fruits of devolution that have enabled more women who are investing and developing their rural areas and not necessarily in urban Nairobi," she was quoted saying.
