First you can soak the broccoli in vinegar for 5 to 10 minutes. Thereafter you will start seeing the worms floating.
Another readily and easy method of removing worms from the broccoli is using warm salty water. It is done the same way as vinegar. Soak your brocolli in warm salty water. After few minutes you will notice the worms floating.
It may sound disgusting but worry less. The worms are not as harmful as you may think.
