The human body is made up of 80% of water. That is, the cells, tissues and organs needs it to function effectively. According to scientist, every body fluid mostly blood is made up of about 90% water in composition. This is the reason as to why you should always take alot of water everyday at least 6 to 8 glasses daily.

Here are some of the side effects and signs of not having enough water in your body;

1. Persistent headache.

This however goes away shortly immediately you take enough amount of water if it was due to dehydration.

2. Dull skin.

Dehydration shows up on your face in the form of dry, ashy skin that seems less radiant, plumb and elastic.

3. Fatigue.

Reduction of body fluids due to dehydration lowers the body energy levels leading to plummet and eventually, fatigue and brain fog.

4. Dry mouth.

Failure to take enough water leads to dry mucous membranes i.e lack of saliva. This in turn inhibits other activities like talking, swallowing and breathe. However, this can be easily solved through taking enough amount of water.
