(3) Red grapes: Include the antioxidant resveratrol which boosts energy levels. These grapes contain a little quantity of sugar, which provides quick energy and aids in the development of stamina.(4) Beetroot juice: Drinking a glass of beetroot juice before working out allows your body to function for longer periods of time without being weary. Vitamins A and C are abundant in beetroot and both aid in the development of stamina and the reduction of fatigue.

While foods like bananas, brown rice, chicken, eggs and fish can help you build stamina,an amalgamation of diet and eating the right food, will give your body all the energy it needs.and a healthy lifestyle is the key to building more stamina.
