The COVID-19 vaccines have continued to cause controversy around the world with several incidents of severe side effects being reported across the world.
Earlier today reports have emerged that The Federal health agencies in The United States will on Tuesday called for an immediate pause in the use of Johnson & Johnson’s single-dose coronavirus vaccine.
This comes after six recipients in the United States developed a very rare disorder that has involved blood clots within about two weeks of vaccination, officials briefed on the decision said.
According to the report, Two of the patients have already died while the others are in critical condition.
All six patients are women aged between 18 and 48. The uncertainty comes barely a week after several countries paused the admission of the famous Astrazeneca Vaccine after several cases of blood clots were reported.
It now remains to be seen whether other countries will follow suit.
