Due to the rampant increase in the rate of Covid-19 infections in our country, many people have succumbed to this virus. It is therefore our responsibility as Kenyans to adhere to all the protocols given by the ministry of health in order to safeguard our lives.
Since the government enacted strict measures by closing some of the counties where the rate of infections is high, children and aged people should suspend attending church services. This will enable them to stay safe at home because when allowed to attended church services, some of them will find it difficult to follow the guidelines there of protecting themselves from this virus.
We should also remember that when children get infected, they are likely to transmit this virus at a faster rate to other people. And since the immune system of children is a bit stronger than that of the adult, then it means that we might experience more fatality rates in our country. Therefore it is advisable for children and aged people to suspend attending to church services until this the rate of infections of this virus is reduced to at least 5% and below.
