According to her recent post, she said the departmental Committee on Health held a meeting with pharmacy and poisons board led by Dr Fred Siyoi to deliberate on the pricing, safety and regulation of Health products and technologies. She added that the Committee promised that they would not tire in their work
She further said the committee tasked the PPB to come up with legislative proposals that will ensure the regulation of pricing of drugs, and medicine is realised in the country.
Perhaps, she confirmed that the committee is scheduled to consider a statement on medical products, and devices being promoted and sold in the country requested by Hon Moses Kuria, MP for Gatundu south.￼Her post attracted several comments from Kenyans majority of them praised her for the good work the Health Committee is doing.
