1. Boil 2 to 3 cups of water on the gas.

2. Add 2 teaspons of tumeric and stir well.

3. Simmer for like 5 to 10 minutes.

4. Strain the tea into a container.

5. Add orange juice, honey or lemon and then milk for flavor.

6. Drink while still hot.
