Ulcers: 3 Home Remedies That Will Help Manage And Cure Ulcers Naturally.

Ulcers are sores on the lining of your stomach or small intestine. Sores also could be on your esophagus (throat). Most ulcers are located in the small intestine. These ulcers are called duodenal ulcers. Stomach ulcers are called gastric ulcers. Ulcers in the throat are called esophageal ulcers. All these ulcers brings complications of pain.

Below are different home remedies that give good results in managing the symptoms and even curing the ulcers naturally.

1. Apple

Apple cider vinegar is something that helps to reduce pain and cure mouth ulcers fastest. Dilute 5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a small cup of water and wash your mouth 2–3 times a day until mouth ulcers are completely gone.

2. Coconut

Coconut milk before every meal helps the ulcers to heal and prevents from reappearing. Morning in empty stomach - 1 Glass of Freshly grinded coconut milk without boiling (Add fresh grated coconut, cardamom, little sugar and keep it in refrigerator for 10- 15 min. It should be cold)

3. Bananas

Eating 2 or 3 banana every day protects against stomach ulcers and ulcer damage but the best results are obtained with banana powder. To make banana powder, peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices. Put them in the sun, an oven, or a food dehydrator, and dry them slowly. When dry, grind them into a fine powder. Mix 2 tablespoons of the powder with 1 tablespoon of honey. Take this mixture three times a day: mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and at bedtime.
