Former Nairobi governor, Mike Mbuvi Sonko has given his version on how we can prevent lung infection.
Sonko encourages the general public to try consuming on a daily basis a mixture of hot water, lemon, garlic and ginger as a way of keeping our lungs healthy and free of infections.
For the money-loaded individuals in the society Sonko advocates them to purchase supplements, body immune boosters stating that help in steaming to clear the lungs from infections.
His Twitter message reads, "Watu Wangu ukiweza on a daily basis try and take mixture of hot water, lemon, ginger and garlic na kama jko na pesa buy supplements body immune boosters, they help in steaming to clear your lungs from infections."

A myriad number of people reacted to his message with many thanking him for the word of advice especially during this time when Covid-19 requires us to maintain our lungs healthy and free of infections.
