As seen from their daily coronavirus updates, the ministry of health through its Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe has announced that all the international flights especially the ones going and coming from India have been suspended Until the next 14 days.

According to Mutahi Kagwe, the ministry has decided to take this action due to the soaring number of COVID-19 infections and deaths in India suspected to be a new variant of the disease. The measure is expected to take effect in the next 72 hours that will be on Sunday midnight.
