Few days ago, the government through ministry of health announced that we are experiencing a hard time in the fight to end COVID-19 and so people were instructed to go and get vaccinated because that is the only way we can deal with this pandemic. According to ministry of health, Kenya had recorded some new cases of patients who had been affected with a new variant of Corona virus and according to reports, the new one was seemingly dangerous. The ministry of health also announced that they may be required to look for boosters on top of vaccines so that people can make their immunity stronger even after vaccination. According to latest reports from MOH that was reported by Citizen TV, Kenya is showing progress in the fight to end the disease. In the last 24 hours, we had a total of only 29 people testing positive out of a sample size of over 2000 people. The positivity rate has lowered to 1% and if everybody adheres to rules stipulated, we'll for sure end spread of the disease in our country.
