Naturally your body has to get rid of waste products from the bladder which is a healthy thing for your kidneys. If you have a habit of holding urine for a long period of time, then you are damaging your kidneys. This often increases pressure on your kidneys which can lead to serious kidney health problems.

Insufficient sleep



Getting enough sleep turns out to be extremely important for your general well-being. If you don't get a restful night it can affect your kidneys as well. This is because kidneys function is highly regulated by the sleep - wake cycle which usually helps to coordinate your kidneys workload over 24hrs.
