1. Processed meat
According to the world Health Organization (WHO), there is "convincing evidence " that processed meat causes cancer. Classfied as group 1carcinogenic it is connected specifically to stomach and oesophagus cancer. Examples of processed meat that have carcinogenic properties include: ham, sausages, corned beef and canned meat.
2. Farmed salmon
People who is regularly eat farmed salmon may be causing their rise of developing cancer developing cancer, scientists said. Salmon raided on British farm are so containmented with carcinogenic chemicals that consumers would be wise not to eat them more than once every other month a major study has concluded.
Many of use enjoy the occasional drink, some of us more than others. Alcohol is classified as group 1 carcinogenicn, which means there is sufficient evidence of carcinogenicity in humans. The forms of cancer that are particularly linked to alcohol consumption are mouth cancer of mouth, throat, oesophagus , breast, liver ,stomach and bowel.
4. Salted fish
Salty is a traditional method of preserving food especially fish frequent used in south East Asia. This method of preserving unfortunately results in the production of carcinogenic by proteins, meaning it can cause cancer in humans. Chinese style , salted fish is group 1 carcinogenic.
5.Sugar drinks or non- diet soda
Obesity is a major risk factor for several cancers, and as such it is important to maintain healthy weight. This can be achieved through a balanced diet that incorporates all foods groups. If consumed regularly, sugary drinks can led to weight gain, and in excess amount, obesity.
