Frequently, I see a lot men do these things and I am not sure if they know how risky these things are. These activities have become a very addictive part of them and most of them derive joy in them.
The fact is that a lot of people are not aware of the consequences and dangers of doing such things. So if you are a man and you still indulge in the following activities, You are killing yourself slowly without knowing it.

They say that smokers are liable to die young. You are killing yourself slowly if you smoke weeds and cigarettes excessively. Please stay away from such habit, And if possible you can quit smoking. Smoking is capable of harming vital organs such as the lungs, liver and the heart. So, You should try as much as possible to avoid smoking.
You might be amazed to see this. But, The truth is that gambling is a very dangerous thing to do and it is one of the things that kills you slowly. A lot of individuals wants to get rich overnight without doing anything but they do not know that they are heading into an everlasting poverty. It is not possible for you to reap what you didn' t sow.
Gambling is very addictive and a lot men have form a habit of it. I know a quite number people who killed themselves as a result of gambling and a lot of individuals that are still trying to find a way out of it.
So I' ll advice you to abstain from casino or any other form of gambling. You should try and find something productive and meaningful to do with your life no matter how small it may be.
3. Drinking Alcohol Excessively
People say that one of the main reasons why women outlive men is because men drinks a lot of alcoholic drinks. The brew where alcohols are produced is one of the beverages consumed most globally. Although, Alcoholic drinks are not so bad, But I will advice you to limit the way you drink it to the lowest level, If possible you should drink it twice in a week.
However, Beer do not contain a lot of sugar but it has a lot of carbohydrates that slowly turns into sugar. Alcohol is also high in calories. As a man, I will advice you to limit the way you consume these drinks if you really value your heart and kidneys.
