Health benefits of drinking green tea

Green tea is full of antioxidants, most of which are very advantageous for health. It is one of those few teas which are not processed much and that’s the reason why it retains it’s natural nutrients and texture, providing various benefits to the drinkers.

Studies have found out that green tea can also be helpful in preventing cavities in teeth, skin diseases, arthritis and stress by reducing inflammation.
